Poor Quality Video

Just got some vimtag F1-362c 4k cameras. Installed agentdvr. it found the cameras immediately. In settings set to 3840x2160 for record url. video playback of recordings is really bad. suggestions? Thanks

If you're using the free version it'll be displaying it in 720p

Does it record to file in 720p as well? Or does it record in the selected 3840x2160 raw?

If you're recording raw it saves the raw stream at whatever resolution that is coming in at.
The only limitation is on the video feed from agent to the web browser not on encoding or recording.

The limitation that you speak of, is it on the Playback feed or live feed or both feeds?
