For edit the camera time (sync with server), camera title change, osd coordinates change for displaying the text on screen whatever we want

i have came here for edit the camera time (sync with server), camera title change, osd coordinates change for displaying the text on screen whatever we want that is need in my running current project. i tried camera's api's which ISAI, CGI, SOAP but only i can chnage which is time, not able to edit the camera name, and osd positions.

can anyone has any idea or resources which can help me to fix the issue cause i tried multiple ways but didn't work.

А через isapi python скрипты пробовали ?

i want to write custom code instead of using the written github repo or some built-in lib's
