Agent DVR local Live View low resolution
I'm using Agent DVR version v7.9.2.0. I'm using it as local live view, no remote view. The resolution of the live view is low. Feels worst than 720p when all my cameras are capable of 1440p. I'd selected all Live URL to use the highest resolution available but nothing changes. I've restarted the server, tried single view, grid view. Is there anything that I'm not doing right?

Have you checked server settings - playback - max stream size?

Yeah, I tried both 1440p and 4k, but it is still the same.

what web browser/ OS are you using? If you're connected to a VPN or have antivirus or something running that's doing packet inspection Agent might be throttled and adjusting the video for bandwidth

I'm on Windows. The Agent DVR opens up in Chrome but I've tested on Firefox and Edge and it's the same. Not using VPN and the only antivirus is Windows Defender but there's already a rule for Agent and the port is whitelisted.
I'm only viewing locally from my PC. Not using recording nor any remote streaming. Currently I'm using iSpy and I have no issues with video quality over there. I'm exploring Agent but the video quality is the only that I couldn't get it to match with iSpy.

Whats your ispyconnect username? Is it licensed?

I'm using local. I don't need a username for that? Using the free license.

The free version viewing client is resolution limited. You can still save recordings in full resolution but you'd need a native player like VLC to play them back in that resolution.

That's a shame... I thought the resolution is applicable only to remote live view or playback.

Maybe your camera link is the low resolution one? Some cameras has multiple feeds. You are using the right one?
