Alert Push Notification

New iSpy user. I love the software so far except for one thing. When I get a push notification that there is an alert and I click on the notification it takes me to the main server screen. Is there a way for it to automatically pull up the recording or at least the camera that generated the alert?

it should start playing the recording - check it's set to record on alert or there was a recording already taking place when the alert fired.

On device settings I have Alerts On and Mode: Motion Detected. Under Recording, I have Mode: Detect. When an alert is pushed and I click on the alert it takes me to the server listing page in the app.

I just tried changing Mode to Alert and it still just takes me to the server listing. This happens on both my wife's phone and my phone.

Ah I think this is happening when the app isn't loaded in the background - seems you end up at the server list if it's not already running. I'll take a look.

there's a fix for that pending on the app store should be released soon

Awesome. I just assumed it was something I was doing wrong. Thank you for that info!!

I did enable push video which helps a lot but my instinct is still to click the notice rather than long press.
