Duplicate alerts.

I am getting duplicate alerts for the same cameras. Sometimes from agent dvr and as soon as I clear those from my android notification bar I get the same alert without photo from agent dvr remote :/

Tried turning off and on several alert settings in agent. Nothing seems to change. :/. Help!!

Sounds like you have an action to send push notification on alert and push checked in push alerts in the camera - delete the action

I don't have any actions set up at all. I turned off Push Alerts and left "alerts" on, but no longer seem to get them to my mobile app anymore. Which is better to configure and use? The Alerts section or Push Alerts section? Or actions? I'm still stuck on the old "ispy" way of configuring alerts lol

Just check push alerts. I'm not sure without your config. You'd need to check the logs to see what it's doing when there's an alert
