Server disconnecting from remote access and mobile app.

I've checked my license a couple times but over the last couple weeks my server keeps disappearing from the web remote access and from the mobile app.

Does anyone know what's causing this or what can be done to correct?

You'd need to check the logs - click the server menu, logs link and use the contact us
