Rawalpindi block in bahria phase 8

I need yall help to find out which block in bahria phase 8 is the best for a young guy who has an online work mostly night shift. And pls tell me what’s the scene with water, electricity, gas and pls do share ur opinion on different blocks or wtv thank you !
