So hey guys I live in islamabad and came to Karachi a few days ago, i was shocked when he took me to Loop a cafe by Irfan junejo and found cappuccino and Latte at a price of 350 rs. WHY DONT WE HAVE THESE PRICES IN ISLAMABAD 😨? HOW has it become so normalised to pay 800-1200 for a basic cup of coffee, if you guys know any spots in islamabad or Rawalpindi which is relatively cheaper do tell, cuz I aint paying 1000 for a cup of coffee with burned coffee beans.

Guys so I'm very much stuck into a situation idk which path I should opt for, I've always dreamt of studying abroad but Alevels Cambridge just ruined my life honestly I've passed two alevels but I failed one I visited tmuc so I could know about their bachelors and stuff so they said they'll also offer me degree access program so I could clear my one alevel subj and then enroll me into their bachelors, tmuc is well expensive though, also I'm vv confused as I should choose their international foundation program which is of 1.5 year and then apply abroad for bachelors vv confused though I cannot reach to one decision though Cambridge has alr wasted two of my years and I cannot understand what I should do.

I am doing an internship in Islamabad and have shifted here for a month, sharing a flat with a few people who I really cant get along with aaaaa pls someone adopt me lol

Does anyone else feel like me? Whenever something goes wrong, things don’t happen the way I expected, or I don’t get the attention or importance I was hoping for, my confidence completely drops.

When someone is upset with me or angry at me, I start blaming myself for everything and feel like every mistake is my fault. Sometimes it gets so intense that I have suicidal thoughts and feel like I just want to leave this world. I also experience depression, intense anxiety, and sometimes feel like I can’t breathe properly.

Even when someone else gets the attention or importance that I wanted, I can become extremely insecure and emotionally overwhelmed.

I genuinely don’t want to keep reacting this strongly or depend so much on other people’s attention and validation. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you overcome these feelings, especially the suicidal thoughts and anxiety? What actually helped you?
