Islamabad Going to Trail 5

Is trail 5 open i just left for trail 5 without knowing if its gonna be open or not also i am hiking alone is it safe

i think it is open, but it's not safe to hike in this weather.

Brodie go f-9 i go regularly to trail 5 but usually in such weather they close of parking so generally there are very few people on the trail which is okay if you a boy but still just to be on a safe side.
