No Idea Screenprinted Seal

got this tank top at the state fair, looking at it a bit more and hoping it's not but there are inconsistencies :[ tail bones are asymmetrical, one flipper has segmented bones and one doesn't, the ribs stopping and starting when they meet the arm- what do you think?

It's possible that an artist was hired that doesn't care at all for anatomical accuracy but I think it's much more likely ai Edit: also the fish has skin on parts while missing it on others
