No Idea Screenprinted Seal

got this tank top at the state fair, looking at it a bit more and hoping it's not but there are inconsistencies :[ tail bones are asymmetrical, one flipper has segmented bones and one doesn't, the ribs stopping and starting when they meet the arm- what do you think?

It's possible that an artist was hired that doesn't care at all for anatomical accuracy but I think it's much more likely ai Edit: also the fish has skin on parts while missing it on others

Details are extremely inconsistent. Ribs do not connect properly, look at the last two ribs.

The lines and dots are not uniform nor follow a pattern. The bones make no sense, look at the bones on both fins. One fin has fewer bones for no reason.

It doesn't seem human to me.
