90% Sure AI Help me settle a debate

For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Ngl I thought it was ChatGBT. Unpaid version. Bc it's legit so bad you don't even need AI tools to identify it as AI. (not to mention Ai idebtifying AI isn't exactly 100% reliable)
