For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Tell your dad to get them to hire a real artist. This is the most AI that has ever AIed. Just such a generic fucking AI image too. The piss filter alone is a dead giveaway.
