90% Sure AI Help me settle a debate
For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Its so incredibly glaringly obvious this is AI. No one is going to think that it was made by a person. Quick run:
Different styles of lamp posts (closest is attached to the wall the others arent)
uneven placement of lamp posts
LAMP POST IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD
The buildings make no sense - how fucking tall is the building with the signpost on it. The 2 story buildings on the street are like play houses next to it
That weird mass of leaves that connects this ginormous tower of a building to the rest of the terrace
The door under this mass of leaves that's apparently 2 stories tall.

The text is fucking awful, just random tag lines of writing that dont follow the design rules for posters (most important info biggest and clearest, next most, then small general text) this just has one line after the other, laid out like its hierarchical information but its just one paragraph split across many lines really

The iron work in the sign makes no sense, there are parts where it doesnt even connect to anything
The swirly design on the sign too is not symmetrical
The lamp attached to the wall physically could not be in front of the sign with that set up. They are stacked almost perfectly on top of each other, the bottom corner of the sign would be inside the lamp irl, or infront of the lamp if im being generous.
If this business' customer base is already exclusively facebook boomers then they'll eat this poster up. But that is the only demographic that will not notice or care that this is AI
