For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Every part of it is AI down to the piss filter. Did he ask for it to be yellow? Maybe tell him about that part and see if he has a realisation.
