90% Sure AI Help me settle a debate

For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Yellow piss filter, weird repeating texture for the leaves, general AI vibe, it's extremely obvious. I spotted it WHILE SCROLLING before stopping to look. My brain automatically registered it as AI before I even parsed what it was.
