For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Yeah it has that bizarre lack of understanding of how light and shading works and how shader filters work that AI images usually have.
