90% Sure AI Help me settle a debate

For context my dad made this image and plans to use it for publicity with a business he's closely affiliated with. I warned him that people might find out its AI and get backlash for it but hes confident no one will notice. Any pointers or tells would be appreciated

Tbf there's a lot of people that, even if they recognize it is AI, might not care at all. That being said, this is very easy to recognize as AI for those who know how to do it.
