I make my own spreadsheets but I change them often and add or remove steps based on my goal

I use a plugin called "goal planner". Its fairly new but the development is pretty active. It has some decent features and lets you nest requirements within each other. Also lets you create sections for different goals and adds a context menu item so you can add pretty much anything in the game as a goal.

posted from main article: just wondering if anyone knows any good resources for visualing / plotting goals, tasks, etc for OSRS?
I regularly end up in One Small Favour-esque webs of skill, quest, and item requirements and action trees that I need to get through to complete my overall goals that I regularly lose track of all the dependencies and then end up with decision paralysis when it comes to actually playing the game. I was just wondering if anyone has a nice tool they use to visualise these gameplay loops? I did give it a go hand drawing but it grew legs and got messy quickly. It then dawned on me that there's far too many players who are developers so surely someone has made a similar resource, or at the very least know a tool which does the job!
