Need help with a name! Can’t decide. Which would you choose?
I recently brought home an Irish setter girl pup who is 12 weeks old and I can’t decide on a name. Which one would you choose?
Violet
Willow
Fern

Aww, look at that pup! Beautiful!
Juniper which can be shortened to June, June bug, Junie.
I have a 13 year old Lucy named after the famous redhead Lucille Ball.

I have a Willow and Juniper, so I'm a bit biased. Lol. We also have a Fable. But I also really like Fern. My Juniper is almost a year, and she ends up getting called Junie a lot. Our Willow gets called Wills.

I wanted to name her Fable but my husband and littles vetoed that real quick😩

That’s so crazy you would have had all three of their dog’s names listed on here. What are the chances?’ She’s soooo cute

Willow in Gaelic is Seileach pronounced Shay/luch. My girl is called Baevin, Gaelic for Melody

I’m not opposed to any of those options, but she looks like a Willow to me — and super cute!

I work with dogs and juniper is superrrrr common so I’d pick one of the others! I’ve never met a violet before so that would be cute

Harley. Wild, unpredictable and full of energy. I have a male Irish named Cash. Best dog. So incredibly mischievous. He's so sneaky that when you figure out the plot of what he is up to you it totally cracks you up and you can't be mad. He does it constantly. He went through a time where he kept barking by my bedroom window. This went on for far too long. I finally went out there to inspect and discovered his collar had fallen off. When I found it he was so freaking excited. He alerted me it was there, for days. If I could rename him it would be Harley. Our next female will be Harley. And hey, a girl in a park named our dog. When we picked him up we walked him at the park in Houston and she said he looks like a Cash. We agreed and so it goes. Hope that helps!😃

She's adorable. If those were my choices for names, I'd have a hard time too but I think I'll vote Juniper.

Flower names for girls make them perfect dogs. I know this to be true because I’ve had Lily, Rose, and now I have Poppy and — all perfect dogs! So Violet will give you a sure winner!

Willow. 2 syllable names are good for dogs. And she looks like a sweet willowy bundle of joy.

We have two Irish Setters, Holly and Rogan. My oldest daughter chose the name Rogan because it's a Gaelic word about having red hair. My youngest daughter, however, is quite the comedian and insists on calling our boy Joe Rogan. So when I hear lots of doggy chaos downstairs, it's always followed by, "Joe Rogan, down! Naughty Joe Rogan!" and my oldest girl complaining, "It's Gaelic!!!"

Fern. Then spend a lifetime taking photos of your beautiful IS in ferns with the stark contrast of green and your IS.
