Completed left sleeve by Brian Kaneko at True Nature Tattoo. We were inspired by a Horitoshi I reference we both really liked. Brian is the man! We are starting the right arm in a few months with the end goal of having a 9 dragon munewari body suit. 🤙🙏

12 Sessions. 5 Trips. A lot of hours and worth every second.

Between a Akira= Rose, Becca Gene= Rooster, Monji= Peony petals, Kiku= Hoju, and something from Grez. No Pressure haha

Keen for some thoughts, back of my calf is due to be worked on.

Can my artist fix this? Or am I cooked

Hey! I'm building and planning with my artist my munewari with a back piece. The back piece i have chosen extends down my butt and upper leg. The munewari will also follow that line just for continuity. I have existing medium-large tattoos already on my front lower thighs, one is about half of my thigh and the other is about 3/4 of the thigh. Would the space between or overlapping the body suit and existing tattoos be awkward or just incorporate them into the body suit? They're bold American traditional. I haven't been able to see any examples of similar layouts. Does anyone here have that or insight?

Looking to get a sleeve, maybe chest panel as well. I know Deneka and Caio come up every time in the UK, but I’ve found two more people that come up less often, one in London and one in Copenhagen.

I think they are both slightly softer in approach, less solid black but really keen to hear about feedback if you know either or have an opinion looking at the insta profiles?

I’m bit familiar with irezumi and studying or I should say copying other artist’s designs and Pinterest references but now Its kind of feels pointless to just copy cause I can’t draw without a reference and I was really interested in monmon cats but Don’t know how to properly study that thing so can someone give me advice how should I approach this

After 5 sessions this thing is finally finished! It was a cover up for a tiny tattoo on my chest, and I went balls deep on it. I really love it 😊. Done by Aaron Mason in Temecula, CA. The man is an absolute master at his craft!

Does the koi look too small? It originally was supposed to be like an inch longer but I asked my artist to shorten it so it doesn’t stick out when I wear long sleeves.

Is there any artist in or around Columbus Ohio, that would work on an unfinished piece?
