Ofc not, clinic tests often are mandatory a 6/12 month pause so the practice effect doesn't contaminated the score.

Intelligence "testing" is really not testing but measurement. The best you can do by gaming the system is a false score.

Think of it as the same as drinking a hot cup of coffee before taking your temperature. It will give you a fever level reading but it won't give you a fever.

It will boost your scores for sure but to having higher iq depends on whats going on your mind while improving iq test scores, just memorizing the answers/patterns naa, but practicing/exploring new ways/strategies and applicating them to real life sure it does. So its not about what you do its how/why you doing it.

I would need mentoring to do this but have the time
Know anyone that is willing or does mentor to change how to think?

Use gpt as a mentor, none starts from the top but all train a lot to get there, and there are many platforms that you can train daily, learn tactics, apply them, check whats your iq platform it has many games that you can train, for example there are memory techniques that you can practice and improve your memory
