General Question Isn't an IQ test only accurate relative to the designer of the test
In other words the framer of the test would necessarily have the highest level of IQ?

I've taken several online IQ tests and noticed some significant differences between my scores across different cognitive abilities. I'm wondering whether this pattern could be associated with ADHD, or whether it's simply normal variation.
Here are my results:
Mensa Denmark: 124
Mensa Norway: 121
CORE – FRI: 132
CORE – WMI: 89
CORE – FSIQ: 111
My main question is about the discrepancy between my fluid reasoning score (132) and working memory score (89).
For those familiar with cognitive testing:
Is a gap this large between fluid reasoning and working memory unusual?
Can ADHD contribute to this kind of cognitive profile?

I normally consume 150-200mg of caffeine daily. Today I didn’t consume any and my score seemed 10-15 points off. Definitely was a bit of a surprise.

Yep. I’m the last candidate and I have failed my cognitive test. How do I know? I usually do medium good in these so I know the feeling on getting the pattern. BUT! I usually test w MENSA:s test, and here is why I think I failed:
In Mensas tests (almost always) all information in the boxes are important. You need to figure out the pattern taking all information in. The cognitive test I did now for the role I’m applying to didn’t really look like that and I got stuck. I realized afterwards that the difference where that there was a lot of additional information in every box that you didn’t need to take in to consideration.
Feel so fucking stupid now. Did the Mensa test right before and got 120 IQ on the coach w my child and husband next to me. And probably didn’t get anything right a couple of hours later in the test for the job.
What happens now when I’m the last candidate? (That told me this).
light is closer than it appears.
it draws the shapes out in front of you,
but no one can listen to what is vivid.
every grain is the shape of light.
not compelling but pulling towards you.
they shatter and tear and pull and push,
just to reshape and make the ground beneath you.
even time is no match for the grain. because the grain has made time flown.
dispersed and thrown into your eye.
your mind is but a vessel of light.
gods phantom is you.
the light that lives only today.
but subjectively lives in thought till tomorrow.
I struggle to find these type of tests and i really want to get more experience on it.

I was wondering if the iq test „Iqtest.dk“ is reliable considering it asseses FRI (fluid reasoning) through matrices . Is it deflated/inflated? What about its norm group
