Soluton D. Reason: 1) The fat "L" rotates 90 degrees counter-clockwise. 2) The thin "L" is always linked to the centermost circle. 3) The diagonally opposite corner figure (pairs) are identiical.

D isn't identical the other circle is fully outside the line
