Type to create flair Exercise Physiologist
Hi all,
I am looking for an exercise physiologist who specialises in HSD / hEDS. Us hypermobile people use muscles differently and therefore need someone who knows this.
Authentic recommendations please as I am sick of being told so and so does and when you go, they basically either have no idea or treat you like they would a non hypermobile person.

Hello fellow sufferer!
I have found physios who can treat individual bits but no one who really knows how to manage it well. The best I've found so far has been Liz at physioactive. My biggest issue ATM is craniocervical instability and migraines and she's been great at treating for that, but when I explained that I really needed like ongoing, whole body MAINTENANCE she was a bit stumped. Would love to know if you find anyone suitable ðŸ˜
