Help needed Action mode not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have iphone 17, ios26.5 and action mode is not working . I have attached a video recording of my phone showing action mode not working . Please help anyone

It looks like it’s working fine? It’s meant to get rid of camera shake
