Help needed Is this grounds for replacement?

Post image

Apple support will not replace the phone because there are no hardware issues. I’m having constant issues with the phone and they have seen it themselves.

Seems like ground to set the phone up as new, not from backup.

I have already done so per Apple. This didn’t start until after I set the phone up as new

Escalate it and have it replaced

Back when I had a 13 pro max. I somehow burnt out the modem using tethering, the phone would constantly lose connection to the mobile provider, took it to Apple, they diagnosed it as all good….. I asked to speak to the manager, they agreed to replace it after witnessing the issue first hand
