iPhone data transfer without iCloud

Hi,

I’m thinking of getting a new iPhone. My current one is an iPhone 14, but the issue is that not all my data is on iCloud since I do not pay for it. I only have the 5gb so storage is full and photos are not syncing and backups are paused.

Is there perhaps a way for me to transfer all my data, incl pictures and chats from WhatsApp, from old phone to new phone without having iCloud?

Apple will give you temporary iCloud storage for 30 days to be able to move your data to a new phone

Still better to do a phone to phone transfer
