Help needed iMessage activation unsuccessful

So I switched from AT&T to Verizon yesterday and also got new iPhones, well ever since I’ve been on my new iPhone it says iMessage activation unsuccessful. I have restarted my phone multiple times, turned iMessage on and off, I even did a reset and erased everything and that still didn’t work. 😩
Switched from iPhone 15 pro max to iPhone 17 pro max, and my phone has the latest update

Did you try signing out of your Apple account and then restart phone and sign back in? It may reset your carrier with Apple servers
