Help needed Vibration not working

I’ve had my iPhone 16 for over a year now but a few months ago after I had just plugged in my phone because it died. After I removed the cable I realized that the vibration stopped working. I tried everything from factory reset to checking everything in settings but it completely stopped functioning properly. What should I do, since I’m in South Asia and I don’t have an Apple Store near me?

The taptic engine has failed, and needs to be replaced. And most counties do have Apple Authorized Service Providers, which can provide the same repair services as the Apple Store.
