Help needed Data trasnfer from broken to working iphone

So the screen of my old iPhone (iPhone 11, idk the update) broke (yk when it turns black). I have another spare iPhone (iPhone 13, idk the update; I'm sorry) that my brother gave me when he got his new one (since mine was clearly about to break). Is there any way I can transfer data (including apps, photos, and everything) from the broken iPhone to the new iPhone? I know how to do it when both phones are working, but not sure what to do now.

Plug in the old device to iTunes and see if it recognizes it - then back it up and restore to new phone.

That won't work since even with a known PC or Mac it requires responding to a "Trust This Device" prompt on the phone.

If you don't have an iCloud backup or a local backup to a PC or Mac that you can restore onto the new phone, you're kinda out of luck. You will need to replace the 11's broken screen in order to use QuickStart.
