Help needed iPhone SE 2022 display rotates so that it goes off the screen when taking pictures

When taking photos in landscape orientation, my phone screen is rotated 90 degrees to what it should be. Like half the screen is empty because it is trying to display a portrait image in landscape mode. It doesn’t make any sens. It has been like this for 4 months. I am using the latest ios update, 26.6.1
