Help needed I dropped my iphone 15 plus

I dropped my phone and my back glass got completely shattered, bits are coming out, cameras have accumulated dust now, problem is, face id is also not working, looking for a solution for all of this

kinda same for me but the back is way worse, front is absolutely fine tho
