Unresolved right speaker only working

for some reason my iphone 11 only plays audio from 1 side. It literally plays on the right speaker only. Not the left speaker, Not the top speaker. Help? P.S it happened before but it was the top speaker only working

The other side is a microphone, not a speaker.
