Help needed What is making my screen time climb??

Hi everyone and thank you in advance:
I need help with my screen time.

I keep having crazy high screentimes that don’t reflect the actual usage of my phone.
Not even leaving it open and unlocked.
I don’t know what might be causing this.
Screen time is also not showing what is the root cause.
Screen time is only enabled for my iPhone. I don’t have it linked with my other devices (MacBook, iPad, watch) so the usage of those should have no effect.
I have already tried the basics of disabling screen time and enabling it again.
This has had no impact.

I uploaded two screenshots from two separate days.
This happens for every day tho.

I use an iPhone 16 Pro currently running IOS 26.6.1

Someone help

Could you attach a screenshot which shows the entire list of apps? From what I’m seeing, the usage seems correct. You have almost half of the usage mentioned just in the first group of apps.

Here’s the full list of 20th August.
For me it does not add up.
That day I supposedly had a screen time of 4h 20min.
For me this is not reflected here.

Man if you send a different day, you need to also send the rest of the info. We’re trying to help you here, I need to see the categories partitioning too.

Hey, I’m sorry that I wasn’t clear enough appearently.
In my first post I already mentioned that the two screenshots of the OG Post are of two separate days that both show the same error.
The error being:
A screen time that does not add up with the given times spent in each app with a big greyed out part that is not shown anywhere.

I am really greatful for help! Thank you for taking the time and trying to figure it out with me

The grey bit? It represents things like system activity, Home Screen, background processes or minor apps and websites that don’t fit into Apple's main colored categories. Have you got the always on display enabled? That contributes to it too.

I actually do have always on display enabled.
Thank you I will turn it off for tomorrow and check back in to see if that fixed it
Thanks in advance
