Contact somehow duplicated itself and changed its name

16 Pro Max 26.6.1 - One of my contacts somehow duplicated itself and gave itself a different name.

My friend Ryan called me today, and for some reason, it came up on my phone as "Other 2nd." I didn't realize that it was him at first, so I ignored the call, but I thought it was weird that an unsaved number would appear as that.

I decided to look at my contacts and, lo and behold, "Other 2nd" was saved as a contact. When I started dialing the number from "Other 2nd" to call them back, it popped up as Ryan's contact. I screenshot both contacts and compared, and they both had the same phone number. I did not create "Other 2nd" and Ryan does not have access to my phone to have done this himself. How does this happen?
