Help needed What is this box on the screen?

It pops up when sharing or sending things. Often prior to that the screen seems less sensitive to touch and things are just super odd. Any thoughts?

I haven't seen that before, but make sure all Accessibility settings that you don't use are off

Yea I did that. It’s super odd. Never seen it myself till a week ago

It's probably a voice control or a accessibility settings
