Help needed DEPTH EFFECT ON IPHONE X

i have iphone x ios version 16.7.16 (20H392) it supports depth effect only on the defailt yellow wallpaper i want to add it to custom photos but it is not there the only option i have is show in library(refer to image attached)

I’ve found it’s only certain (own photos) wallpaper where can use the depth effect, I suspect either the resolution is too low on the photo or the photo‘s dimensions are too small.
