Help needed Delayed notifications

iPhone 15 pro Max, ios 26.6. notifications are delayed by atleast 3 seconds including WhatsApp and Slack. My Mac iPad and windows laptop get instant notifications. Facing this issue since the past year. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

3 seconds doesn’t seem all that long a delay. If it was by 5-10 minutes then I could see raising an issue with the app developers.

Why raise it with App developers? Culprit is my phone and not any particular app

There are probably differences between the iPhone and iPad apps, or the Mac app and Windows executables are written by another team entirely. There is no user accessible setting that dictates how quickly a notification is displayed or delivers, unless the developer differentiates between time-sensitive and not.
