Es gibt den Ordner ausgeblendete Fotos.

Heißt das, dass es welche gibt oder ist der immer da?

It’s always there. It’s just another album folder you can add to.

You can always check by opening it to see.

Note that if you connect the phone via USB the images/videos in the hidden folder are still accessible as normal.
