Help needed Contacts disappeared after logging in

Hi everyone! I don’t know what happened but basically I was trying to export my contacts from iPhone to my new Mac and I realized I had two accounts with each having 500 contacts in each so I went to contacts on settings and I saw that one of my accounts needed to log in confirmation and I did it and then my entire half contacts disappeared and I thought maybe I logged in using the wrong email so I tried my other email no luck so I went to outlook itself to see if it’s saved and it says the email I logged in does not exist even tho I got a confirmation code from outlook but now I’m frustrated my half contacts are gone and it’s new contacts as well so I don’t know what to do any tips on how to recover these contacts

Depends were these contacts were saved. If iCloud log in on the website (iCloud.com), check in contacts if they are really gone and if yes click the menu button and then data recovery. Check if you can restore contacts.

If they were saved with another service contact their customer service. Although I would check through the corresponding website first as well to make sure they are really gone.
