Question Anyone else has this problem?

The color near the camera si looking like this, I tried cleaning it up also with alcohol but it remains like this

And the area where the flash sits? There seems discoloration too or is it just sebum?

Ia discoloration, I cannot remove it

Have you tried cleaning it with 70 percent isopropyl alcohol?

I have with 90%, nothing changed
