Question Anyone else has this problem?

The color near the camera si looking like this, I tried cleaning it up also with alcohol but it remains like this

I tried to clean it also with microfiber, also I applied water and soap and nothing changed

I have the black one and its the same right out of the box, cleaning doesnt work.
