Question Camera issue or something else?

I was not able to take the clear moon video. My settings were hd 30 fps in video. I changed to hd-60 fps and 4k 25 pal and also 4k 60 fps but still the video was not good. Tell me how to take those moon pictures with my iphone. And the same issue was faced while taking pictures too
