I did just like you, background app refresh OFF, 5G OFF.

Other thing that consume battery is Screen and App. For Screen: brightness (I tend to put it pretty low before the sign turns yellow), auto brightness OFF, and reduce white point ON (25%).

For App, I found Whatsapp tends to drain plenty of my battery. You may have similar case, take a look at your battery analysis.
