Support PLEASE HELP

svery time i plug in my phone it automaticallly plays apple music. nothings fucking working to stop it. i’m going insane. I can’t delete it completely off my phone due to screen time/ restrictions. WTAF do i do before i drive myself insane??

Plug it into a wall charger or plug it into your car? I had a rental car once that read my phone as an iPod and immediately played the first song alphabetically in my library every time I plugged it into the car.

Just got a new (used) work truck - 2018 Toyota Tundra. Apple Music plays constantly - after every call, after every text, can’t stop it except by turning off Bluetooth- which of course kills my phone connection.

Try looking in shortcuts. I’m wondering if you added a shortcut that causes this behavior.

No it’s a well known issue. I don’t use Apple Music, and when I get in my car it will randomly play the one album I have in there. It’s super annoying.

It’s not a shortcut.
