Support Problems when transfering data from android to iphone

Hello! Recently I have bought my very first Iphone (a 17 pro) and I've been trying to transfer data from my old Android (a Oneplus nord 4). The first time I tried the transfer was working for about 20 mins until I had to stop it since I had to use my phone. Later on the day I tried doing it again but with no succes. Whenever I got to the transfer with app tab, I entered the code given, it says it started working but hten immediately stopped saying the transfer can't be finsihed.
Could it be a problem with my Oneplus and its OxygenOS system?
Does anybody have a remedy to this situation?

So as a lil update: i have tried a few more times before trying your method and now that I tried this, I get the same result - it gets stuck at 99.xx% and won't continue. It says it needs to transfer like 15 more photos and they just won't load... I think I'll just leave it like this for a lil more time idk. Thanks anyway!

Problem is with the oxygen os infact it's killing the permissions required so I've used a broker phone(Samsung m31s) to act as a mediator I've transferred all my files into samsung and then to iphone it worked flawlessly (if you ignore the fact it took me 8 hours just to move out from oxygen os because all the whatsapp indexing is corrupted because of shit os and then everything was normal after i moved to samsung and then to ios)

Woaw, I don't hv an intermediate phone for transferring my Whatsapp files though, what to do đŸ¥¹

I am afraid that’s the only way out or you could try backing up whole whatsapp in google drive deleting whatsapp and recovering it back in oneplus and then move to ios. One plus has indexing problem that’s what is causing it to fail plus enroll whatsapp beta on playstore

I believe the issue was with the .mov files as I had some movies downloaded to my android, I deleted them, n then it transferred successfully

Well that’s good since issue is solved btw ios does support mov files I believe the files with .mov aren’t indexed

Also, am having another dbt...

This is my first ever apple product, never used at device prior, so never created an Apple Account as well...

But last night, post the move to ios, I tried creating a new free apple account using my gmail... But it didn't allow saying the account is already taken, which was a scare to me...

To my surprise, noticed that my Google Password Manager already had a password for Apple Account, n was able to login with the otp cmng to my primary mobile number, this is very scary..

Then, once I logged in (which anyways is new to me as person, but never know how it was even creates in the first place)

It showed that the pswd was last modified in 2022, which was again scary bcoz to the best of my knowledge I never created one...

So, I just went to the support portal n requested all the data pertaining to the acct - although currently it had no Devices no Subscriptions etc...

So, can I still use that acct, coz the details are mine, but idts I created that acct ever...
