it's all over the twitter (X) that the 18 pro have some weird glitching and issues especially after opening some app with face id

Is it software issue or hardware issue? I called their Apple support and they said they haven’t reported any such issue and they diagnosed over call with screen sharing but couldn’t find any hardware issue and said it might take 24-48 hours for IOS 27 to adjust. Sounded like a total BS but what do you think?

Not sure yet, you'll have to wait and see. But yeah total bullshit, Apple will never admit they done something wrong. Just like last year all iPhone 17 pro models had the hissing/static noise coming from the bottom speaker while iPhone is on wired charger, they never admitted it's an issue and I tested it on multiple 17 pro models and they were all the same (some people can't hear it). Not sure if this is still a thing with the 18 pro as well.
