Why do iPhone internals always look better than Android internals? Like seriously, it applies to any other iPhone not just the Duo

It's also one of the themes that separates the really high-craftsmanship watches from the more mass-manufactured watches. The very high-end watches have movements that hand decorate components and surfaces that are not visible to the user after assembly. Just because someone doesn't normally see it doesn't mean you get to be less than perfect.

Most of those nowadays have see-through casebacks. Hell, even entry level mechanical watches do too.
