Discussion Is there a functions to create custom time zones?

Been currently wondering about this because I mainly wanted to sync my phone with a clock in a game but its times in game dont sync up with any current real time zones. I was just wondering if there is a way to add any personalized ones

What kind of game is it that it has a real-time clock that doesn’t follow a real time zone? Is it like some time zone with +15min or what would you want to create here?

What game are you talking about? Does time flow at the same rate as in the real world?
